Stan was called to the bar in 1978. After practising at another Toronto 
law firm, Stan joined the firm and became a partner in 1991.

Stan’s practice includes residential, commercial and industrial real 
estate transactions, commercial leasing, corporate organizations and 
reorganizations, business acquisitions and dispositions, secured 
transactions, shareholder and partnership agreements and will and estate 
planning. While one of his goals is to keep his clients out of litigation 
where possible, if and when it becomes necessary to go to court, Stan’s 
clients are able to get the benefit of BSLSC’s stellar litigation 
department.
