What to Expect

We understand the unique complexities of each case we take on.
This is how we find the right approach for you.

Our Process

1

Conflict Check

Before any meetings or exchanges of information can take place, we need to check to make sure that we have not represented your spouse in prior legal matters of any kind.

2

Initial Phone Call

One of our assistants will call you to get some background information, explain how the initial consultation works, and to give you a breakdown of our rates.

3

Questionnaire

We’ll send you a basic questionnaire to get a sense of the important details and to be efficient with your time and budget during your initial consultation.

4

Initial Consultation

This initial one-hour consultation allows us to explore your story and your desired outcome, and gives us an opportunity to give you legal information and discuss the possible options moving forward.

5

Retainer

If you’d like to proceed and we’ve agreed to take on your case, the last step before moving forward is entering into a retainer agreement.

6

Discuss Strategy

After your first consultation and when you’re ready to move forward, we’ll fine-tune the strategic direction that we believe will work the best for you and your family. It’s important to find the right fit.

We're Ready to Help

Behind each custom strategy that we develop is an underlying method of practice.
